Cake was my last make!

The last time I was creative was for the cake's for Matthew 7th birthday , with school holidays and other school days off I haven't had much time to get to do any sort of craft's, I'm hoping to get stuck into some project's this week but until then here is a closer look at the cake :)

Fun at the Beach!

Sunday Sunshine!

It was a lovely sunny day today so we took the 5 minute walk to the trottick mill ponds we had a fun picnic, fed the ducks and favourite for the boys threw stones in the stream :)

I was over at A Little Bit of Sanity and A Lot of Chaos a wonderful blog where Kirsty recreates old furniture into wonderful new pieces, I really enjoyed this one post about her boys in baskets and boxes, here are a few pics of my boys enjoying a good old box :)

Matthew is 7!

It is amazing how time can go by so fast, my little boy is now 7! We have had a wonderful day filled with lots of presents...

While Matthew was on half term we got up to many wonderful things...

Happy Mothers Day

A simple change.

I really like having flowers in my home but I don't own any decorated vases all I have is the plain glass and I wanted to change the base on this one so simply added some fabric :)

Matthew arrived home from School with a beautiful card and flowers for me, so Sweet!

Tomorrow we will be having my Mum around and we going to have a nice Meal all together.
