My friends daughter was turning 2 and it gave me a great opportunity to do some girlie crafts, with 2 boys and no other young family members around I jumped at the chance of Girl Craft!!

A Fun week off school because way to much snow!

School is not open today!

Matthew spent a whole week off school and although the snow is still outside with no sign of melting he has returned to school, at least we only live one minute away :)

We took a trip to Templeton Woods for a walk in the woods and the lovely MUD!!! Fun Day! Wellies essential.

Teachers Gift!!!

I can't believe that my little boy has already finished his first year at school, I wanted to make his teacher a special gift and decided on something home made and useful. I filled a large jar with cookies and made a hanging scented heart. I asked Matthew to write on the fabric 'Great teacher' I then embroidered over his hand writing it came out so nice.

Back Garden Fun!

My very first post!!
Finally Summer holidays started a full week over all ready, but lots of fun been had, I planted a new cherry tree in the back, and Aidan as usual had a lot of fun running around with a ball. (His new favourite word he likes to say whenever he sees anything that is round.)

Matthew had fun painting some bird houses that look pretty hanging on the newly painted fences, ( sorry no photo as yet.)
